Addepar is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Product Platform team, responsible for building foundational components and cross-functional capabilities for our ecosystem.

You will architect, implement, and maintain scalable services, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with product managers to shape requirements. This role requires strong Java, SQL and AWS experience and a passion for distributed systems.

• Document software functionality, system design, and project plans.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the entire application stack.
• Mentor junior engineers, provide clear and constructive guidance.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders from other teams to resolve technical issues or coordinate dependencies.

The Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Product Platform team which builds foundational components and cross-functional capabilities for our ecosystem.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is based on the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Experience with object-oriented programming.
• Experience building services with Java, SQL and AWS.

Base Salary Range

310 000 zł - 372 000 zł PLN
