Job summary

Addepar, Inc. is seeking an experienced backend software engineer to help build resilient distributed services and tooling that power our product operations and engineering teams.

You will collaborate across teams to debug complex issues, improve software delivery, and strengthen our REST and web API capabilities in a Linux-based environment with Kubernetes and IaC practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive backend software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in developing with server-side OO languages like Java.
• Proficiency with Linux.
• Familiarity with infrastructure components such as CI/CD, monitoring, logging, containers, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Familiarity with HTTP, developing REST and web APIs.

The Role

The Portfolio Services team is at the core processing Addepar’s client data. We play a pivotal role in enabling data to flow across our data platforms into our client’s instances. Working at the critical intersection of application, analyst, and operations teams, we promote developer velocity and robust process automation. Working with a healthy mix of new technologies and existing core applications, the team thrives on solving complex challenges to deliver high-impact solutions. Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Warsaw. The current range for this role is 385,000- 462,000złoty (base salary) .
