As our Senior People Operations Specialist , you will be our very first People team hire on the ground. You will play a pivotal role in establishing our local presence, building scalable HR processes, and nurturing a vibrant, compliant, and inclusive company culture.
This is a hands‑on role that will be responsible for providing the full spectrum of People Operations (HR) services and onsite People Business Partner triage, with a focus on our Poland office, but also supporting across the EMEA region. You will collaborate closely with our global People team, predominantly in the UK, to ensure our Polish employees have an exceptional employee experience from day one.
The successful candidate will have enthusiasm for the challenge, require flexibility in thinking, and be able to adjust quickly to address new priorities.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Warsaw. The current range for this role is 167,000 - 200,000 złoty (base salary) .
