Lead adoption and change activities across the global remit, including stakeholder engagement, communications, practical training, user acceptance testing and readiness assessments. Partner with planning leaders, subject‑matter experts and digital champions to embed sustainable new ways of working. Maintain clear process, decision, training and support documentation, establishing enduring ownership and handover arrangements while following applicable change‑control, validation, data‑integrity and information‑security requirements with relevant experts. Support GxP‑relevant planning systems and processes, bringing appropriate rigor to digital enablement within a regulated environment.
