Moderna is looking for a hands‑on, impact‑driven candidate to build and evolve the foundations that help application teams develop, deploy, and operate software effectively. This is an individual contributor role within our Warsaw hub that collaborates directly with developers ("Builders") to provide scalable, secure, and user‑focused platform capabilities.
This is a high‑growth opportunity for engineers who want to expand their scope beyond application development and gain hands‑on experience across the full lifecycle of modern software systems—from design and implementation to cloud infrastructure, deployment, and production operations. In this role, you will write software and automation that improves developer experience and accelerates delivery. You will also help build internal services, AI agents, cloud infrastructure in AWS, improve CI/CD pipelines, and create reusable tooling and infrastructure-as-code patterns that make the right path the easiest path for engineering teams.
