Job summary

Genpact in Kraków is seeking a Sr. Associate - F&A - AP to join a fast-moving, AI-driven environment. You will review, process, and resolve invoices, ensure timely payments, and support process improvements across accounts payable activities.

The role requires bachelor-level finance/accounting education and German language proficiency (Upper Intermediate B2). It offers hybrid work in Poland and opportunities to work with large-scale AI and finance transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level accounting/commerce/economics/finance degrees are required.
• German language proficiency is required (Upper Intermediate B2).

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices along with the resolutions.
• Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc.
• Release the invoices for Payment timely and accurately.
• Ensure that all pay run gets completed as agreed with the customer.
• Follow up with requisitions via calls, emails or tickets to solve invoice issues as per the AP guideline.
• Think through how to reduce helpdesk queries and help in process improvements.
• Adhere to internal compliance policy and guideline established by management.
• Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices/queries are handled per guidelines.
