EY Global Delivery Services Poland is hiring a Junior Business Support Specialist with French in Katowice, offering a hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 days remote). You will join a dynamic EY team delivering critical support across internal processes and client engagements.

You will use French and English daily, develop subject matter expertise on internal tools, and contribute to high-quality analyses, data checks and proactive stakeholder support.

Formación

• Fluent French-speaking candidate with strong communication and organization skills.
• Good knowledge of English (B1) for written and spoken communication.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high-quality analysis of potential risks across EY organization (PACE, AML processes).
• Support clients in using related internal tools.
• Develop subject matter expertise on related tools and databases.
• Provide data quality checks and process-related analyses on ongoing projects.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations based on various reports.
• Participate in calls/trainings/meetings with clients to ensure process flow.
• Create and maintain processes and strategy.
• Coordinate C2C project execution, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Provide proactive assistance in stakeholder needs.

Your key responsibilities

As a part of a team, you will act as a process expert and area specialist in order to provide consistent, high quality services.Your main duties will be :

• Responsibility for conducting high-quality analysis of potential risks across EY organization (PACE, AML processes)
• Responsibility for supporting clients in the use of related internal tools
• We will expect you to develop subject matter expertise on related tools and databases
• You will be providing data quality checks and providing process related analysis on ongoing projects
• Preparing Power Point presentations based on various reports
• Participation in calls, trainings and meetings with Client in order to ensure process flow would be equally important for you to succeed in this role
• Create and maintain processes and strategy
• Coordinate C2C project execution, ensure all milestones, actions and deadlines are met
• Support best practice by providing proactive assistance in stakeholders needs

Skills and attributes for success

• You are fluent in French language (written and oral)
• You have a good English knowledge (written and oral) at least B1 level
• You possess a very Good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• You are detail oriented and eager to analyze and solve complex process cases
• You have exceptional customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality
• You are strong and highly-motivated work ethic and ability to perform well prioritized tasks in a fast-paced environment.
