Eaton is recruiting a Specification Sales Engineer for Poland, based in Warsaw or Łódź. You will expand Eaton’s footprint with design offices, consultants, and end-users, guiding projects from discovery to concept development and handover to execution teams.

You will coordinate cross-functional efforts with sales, engineering and operations to maximize opportunity conversion. Requirements include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent education.
• 2–5 years of experience in related roles.
• Experience in Commercial & Institutional (C&I) Building Projects and Low Voltage products.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting specification opportunities and expanding Eaton's network of designers, consultants, and end-users.
• Plan and execute territory strategies to engage key specifying entities.
• Qualify leads and prioritize high-impact opportunities for conversion.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with consultants, engineers and end-users.
• Define account engagement plans and conduct discovery to translate customer needs into concepts for Eaton.
