Job summary

Genpact, a leader in AI-powered enterprise solutions, seeks a Front Line Manager for Employee Lifecycle Management. You will oversee onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits, and offboarding, ensuring compliant HR operations and accurate records.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, C&B, and HRBP to ensure a seamless employee experience while driving SLA compliance and process improvements in a hybrid Poland-based setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in commerce, economics or finance.
• MBA or MS in business analytics preferred.
• Experience in HR operations and lifecycle management is desirable.

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits, and offboarding activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR operations in alignment with policies and compliance.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, C&B, and HRBP for seamless employee experience.
• Monitor SLAs and quality metrics across lifecycle processes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with data integrity.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and insights.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
