Are you ready for a new challenge in Procurement? We’re building a brand-new team in ING Hubs Poland to support Global Procurement team and looking for experienced professionals who want to work globally while staying connected locally.

We are looking for you if you:

  • Master degree or equivalent preferably in a relevant field, such as supply chain, (computer) engineering, business administration, or finance,
  • Have 4-5 years of experience in Procurement area and preferably in an international financial services provider organization,
  • Are experienced in running sourcing projects in Professional Services (e.g. HR, Legal, Marketing, Travel, Consulting),
  • Have strong negotiation skills based on data and facts,
  • You have experience in working with global purchasing agreements – drafting, reviewing, and negotiating,
  • Have an ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels,
  • Are proactive, independent approach and a good grasp of working in international environments,
  • Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and complexity,
  • Demonstrated very good organizational and communication skills, work in a multi-tasking environment, and ability to prioritize tasks,
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written) (B2/C1),
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and E-Sourcing tools; experience with ERP systems or procurement tools is preferred.

You'll get extra points for:

  • Certifications like CIPS or Nevi,
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g. DORA, EBA, GDPR) or Financial industry,
  • Managed global sourcing projects in/for large international organizations.

Your responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global business partners to understand strategic priorities and ensure adherence to the ING Procurement Policy,
  • Lead end to end e-sourcing initiatives (RFI, RFQ/RFP, e-auctions) including gathering requirements, market research, evaluate proposal, decision process (TCO analysis, scenario analysis, etc), conduct negotiation and awarding,
  • Manage global contracts and its administration, ensuring compliance with negotiated and regulatory terms, service level and timely manage renewal, amendments and termination,
  • Manage third-party risk securing compliance with regulation and ING Policy and standards,
  • Support vendor relationship management, performance tracking, issue management and resolution while facilitating supplier review and continuous improvement,
  • Play a role as strategic contributor in fields like ESG, procurement best in class practice, cost savings initiatives.

Information about the squad:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Sourcing and Contract Expert for Professional Services to join our international team. In this role, you will be supporting the Global Professional Service Category Team. The role will be accountable for defining needs, researching the market, running sourcing events, managing suppliers, and negotiating contracts. You will be responsible for sourcing execution across assigned spend categories, managing contracts, and driving significant year-on-year cost improvements.
