Job summary

BNY Mellon in Wroclaw, Poland is seeking a Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting II (Hedge) to join the Hedge Fund Accounting team in Alternative Operations. Qualifications

2-3 years of relevant experience in Fund Accounting, Accounting, Transfer Agency, Financial Reporting, Pricing, Reconciliation, Corporate Actions or Audit.
Knowledge of financial instruments & markets.
Desire to gain knowledge and develop skills.
Good command of MS Excel.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting II to join our Hedge Fund Accounting team in Alternative Operations. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Responsible for reviewing of client accounting books and records
Liaising and responding to clients, and third parties and ensuring client and third-party request or queries are dealt with appropriately
Proactively identify exceptions and problems affecting accounting records
Implementation of efficient processes and driving changes to operating model
Building effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

2-3 years of relevant experience in fields like Fund Accounting, Accounting, Transfer Agency, Financial Reporting, Pricing, Reconciliation, Corporate Actions or Audit
Knowledge of financial instruments & markets
