  • Monitor scheduled task execution, real-time interface exceptions, and system performance, escalating and coordinating fixes where required.
  • Partner with internal product support teams to document, validate, and prioritize software defects and hotfix deployments in client test environments.
Required Qualifications
  • Master\'s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven years of experience in the capital markets sector, with a background in Business Analysis or Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products including Fixed Income, Equity and Interest Rate Derivatives, Commodities, FX, Structured Products, and Futures and Options — including pricing, settlement, and lifecycle management.
  • Solid understanding of risk, pricing analytics, P&L reporting, settlement processing, book structure, accounting, and collateral management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage clearly with global clients and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional qualification such as CFA, IMC, CISI, or equivalent postgraduate finance certification.
  • Hands‑on experience with Calypso or comparable platforms such as Murex, Finastra (Summit or Kondor+), Aladdin, or SimCorp.
  • Familiarity with market data sources, third‑party systems, and regulatory frameworks affecting investment banks and asset managers.
