Redwire Poland is seeking a Thermal Engineer to join our international engineering group, supporting advanced space systems programmes from concept through mission operations.

You will model and analyze spacecraft thermal environments, work with ESATAN-TMS and ANSYS Thermal, and coordinate with teammates across Europe and the United States. The role is based in Warsaw with a hybrid work model and occasional travel.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Aerospace or related engineering field.
• 3+ years in spacecraft thermal analysis.
• Experience with ESATAN-TMS or ANSYS Thermal.
• Skill in Thermal Mathematical Models.
• Heat transfer knowledge in space environment.
• Familiar with thermal testing and data correlation.
• Strong English communication.
• Analytical mindset and quick learner.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain Thermal Mathematical Models for spacecraft and subsystems.
• Perform thermal analyses using ESATAN-TMS, ANSYS Thermal, and related tools.
• Assess modelling approaches for advanced spacecraft structures like sandwich panels.
• Support thermal design trade-offs, budgets, and interface assessments.
• Prepare thermal predictions for TVAC and Thermal Balance campaigns.
• Collaborate with systems, structure, and AIT teams throughout the lifecycle.
