Job summary

GE Aerospace Warsaw campus is seeking a highly capable engineer to perform thermal analysis of high pressure turbine components and support cooling design decisions. You will collaborate with design engineers and present technical results at reviews, ensuring compliance with engineering policies and procedures.

The role requires strong heat transfer knowledge, solid fluid mechanics, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
• Solid understanding of heat transfer and fluid mechanics
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Good command of written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Perform thermal analysis and evaluation of high pressure turbine components, applying sound engineering principles and following business standards and product/program requirements
• Support the design team with thermal results and recommendations that inform component cooling design decisions
• Collaborate with design engineers and technical experts, share information openly and ask questions to solve problems and meet project goals
• Prepare and present technical results at internal and external reviews
• Document analyses and technical data in line with engineering policies and procedures
