Job summary

Zowie is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead a team of Technical Account Managers and to design and oversee sophisticated AI product implementations for enterprise clients in Poland. You will drive adoption, translate requirements into architectures, and guide cross-system integrations to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Become an expert in mission-critical AI platform adoption by large enterprises.
• Lead technical conversations with executives and senior enterprise stakeholders.
• Design complex multi-system integrations (e-commerce, CRM, data layers, telephony); run discovery and solution workshops; guide implementation.
• Lead a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to ensure reliable delivery of best-in-class solutions.
• Support expectation-setting with customers and channel feedback to Product and leadership to inform roadmaps and standards.

What you'll do

• Become an expert in mission-critical AI platform adoption by large enterprises.


• Lead technical conversations with executives and senior enterprise stakeholders to help translate requirements into a jointly agreed architecture and adoption plans.


• Design complex multi-system integrations (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, data layers, telephony); run discovery and solution workshops; guide implementation.


• Lead a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to ensure reliable delivery of best in class solutions that meet customer needs.


• Support expectation-setting with customers and channel feedback to Product and leadership to inform roadmaps and standards.

Ideally, you'll bring with you

• 3+ years of experience designing and delivering complex software solutions to enterprise customers.


• In-depth grasp of complex enterprise architectures - data storage, interoperability, etc.


• Hands-on integration (REST/GraphQL) skills.


• Strong stakeholder management and executive relationship building skills.


• Leadership and coaching mindset to enable TAMs, customers, and partners to adopt Zowie successfully and scale.


• Great planning and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish.

It will be awesome if you also have

• Experience launching AI Agents and driving adoption with enterprise customers.


• Knowledge of telephony: SIP trunking and call routing/setup.
