WORKAI in Poland is seeking a Solutions Architect to design and implement enterprise cloud solutions and shape our modern workplace platform.

You will lead architecture, leverage Azure, IdentityServer, OIDC, and OpenIddict, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategy with business goals. The role offers remote, hybrid or on-site work options and growth through certifications and knowledge transfer.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in cloud solutions architecture,
• A solid understanding of Azure cloud services, microservices, and API management,
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software development tools,
• Expertise an experience in implementing complex authentication flows using IdentityServer, OIDC, OpenIddict
• Experience in building application frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and excellent communication abilities,
• A passion for technology and a keen eye for emerging trends,
• Experience in building Enterprise SaaS applications,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Strong communication skills,
• An eye for detail.

Our team adopts an Agile approach, leveraging the latest Microsoft tools and technologies such as Azure, IdentityServer, and OIDC. As a Solutions Architect, you’ll play a key role in shaping our cloud infrastructure and services. You’ll enjoy a collaborative environment with continuous support through processes like Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and thorough architectural reviews. Direct engagement with Team Leaders and Product Owners will ensure you have all the resources necessary for efficient and rewarding work.
