Job summary

Kelvion is seeking an experienced engineer to drive product line strategy and support its execution across global teams. You will act as the technical expert in process engineering, thermal design, and product specifications, collaborating with Field Engineering, Sales, R&D, and Operations to move inquiries to orders.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience, ideally within Power & Energy, Oil & Gas, or Chemical industries.
• Experience in international matrix organizations and leading teams or cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive product line strategy with Field Engineering & Sales and support its execution.
• Identify and prioritize key project opportunities with engineering and sales teams.
• Act as the technical expert for process engineering, thermal design, and product specifications.
• Prepare technical quotations and provide commercial support during proposals.
• Ensure cost and schedule compliance throughout quotation processes.
• Serve as the interface between Sales, R&D, Product Development, and Operations from inquiry to order placement.
• Support customer discussions, technical clarifications, and solution development.
• Analyze market trends and contribute to product and market development initiatives.
• Maintain quotation, customer, and order-related data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Document and share technical knowledge, product expertise, and application best practices.

• Maintain quotation, customer, and order-related data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience, ideally within Power & Energy, Oil & Gas, or Chemical industries.
• Experience working in an international matrix organization and leading teams or cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, process engineering, and thermal design.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in virtual, international environments.
• Highly motivated, resilient, assertive, and skilled at problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
