Job summary

Kelvion is seeking an experienced engineer to drive product line strategy in collaboration with Field Engineering & Sales, identify key opportunities, and act as the technical expert for process engineering and thermal design. You will prepare quotations, ensure cost/schedule compliance, and coordinate across Sales, R&D, Product Development and Operations from inquiry to order.

The role requires 2+ years in relevant industries, English fluency, and comfort working in an international matrix

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering or similar technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years engineering experience in Power & Energy, Oil & Gas, or Chemical industries.
• Experience in an international matrix organization and leading teams or cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, process engineering, and thermal design.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

• Prepare technical quotations and provide commercial support during the proposal phase.
• Ensure cost and schedule compliance throughout the quotation process.
• Serve as the key interface between Sales, R&D, Product Development and Operations from inquiry to order placement.
• Support customer discussions, technical clarifications, and solution development.
• Analyze market trends and contribute to product and market development initiatives.
• Maintain quotation, customer, and order-related data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Document and share technical knowledge, product expertise, and application best practices.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in virtual, international environments.
