Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Around 8+ years of experience in software development.
• At least 2 years leading technical initiatives, projects, or cross‑team engineering efforts.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and lifecycle management.
• Able to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and modern application platforms.
• Experience with .NET technologies in large-scale environments.
• Experience in industrial or engineering domains and AI‑assisted solutions.

• Azure, architecture, or related technical certifications would be an advantage.
