You will collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders and Global IT to ensure scalable, maintainable systems that are ready for future challenges. You will lead architectural discussions, document standards, evaluate new technologies including AI, and drive adoption of modern software engineering practices

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• At least 2 years leading technical initiatives or cross-team projects.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Azure and modern application platforms.

Opportunity We are looking for a Solution Architect (Software Engineering) who will help drive the evolution of our software platform and support its long-term technical direction. In this role, you will work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and Global IT to define solution designs, align technical decisions, and ensure our applications remain maintainable, scalable, and ready for future challenges. This position focuses primarily on architecture, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and driving technical initiatives rather than day-to-day software development. You will also play an important role in identifying opportunities for innovation, including the adoption of AI-driven solutions and modern engineering practices.

How you will make an impact

Define solution architectures and technical approaches for new initiatives and platform enhancements.

Collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders, and Global IT to align requirements and technical decisions.

Create and maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, and design guidelines.

Your background

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Around 8+ years of experience in software development.

At least 2 years of experience leading technical initiatives, projects, or cross-team engineering efforts.

Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and software lifecycle management.

Ability to translate business requirements into practical and sustainable technical solutions.

Strong documentation and communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Azure and modern application platforms.

Experience with .NET technologies and software development in large-scale environments.

Experience working with industrial, engineering, or other highly complex business domains.

Experience introducing AI-assisted solutions or applying Generative AI technologies in enterprise environments.

Experience working within international and cross-functional organizations.

Azure, architecture, or related technical certifications would be an advantage.

Very good English skills with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
