Job summary

Randstad Polska is seeking a Solution Analyst to bridge operations and IT, ensuring smooth Order-to-Invoice (O2I) processes, master data optimization, and the implementation of automation and AI tools to streamline daily business activities.

Your role includes troubleshooting O2I/EDI issues, coordinating with IT and clients, testing EDI transactions, and driving data quality and MDMM governance across SAP environments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (B2/C1) for international communication.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Interest in AI, automation, and ERP systems.
• Strong collaboration across business and IT teams.
• Desirable: experience in customer service, supply chain, or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• O2I & EDI troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve order issues.
• Coordinate with IT and clients to fix order processing failures.
• Support system implementations and EDI testing with IT and core teams.
• Develop automation scripts and low‑code apps (Retool, Google Workspace).
• Act as IT liaison for CS, perform SAP UAT, train users.
