Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is looking for a Solution Analyst to bridge operations and IT, ensuring smooth Order-to-Invoice processes and MD data governance. You will implement AI tools, work with low‑code platforms, and support SAP/EDI testing with IT and business teams.

The role emphasizes data quality, cross‑functional collaboration, and hands-on improvement of master data and processes in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English for daily international communication (B2/C1).
• Strong Excel and data-analysis capabilities.
• Interest in AI, automation, and modern business systems (SAP, EDI).
• Excellent communication and collaboration with business and IT teams.
• Prior exposure to customer service, supply chain, or ERP concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between operations and IT to ensure smooth Order-to-Invoice processes.
• Diagnose and resolve order registration and EDI issues (IDoc, ESKER, translations).
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with IT, clients, and internal teams to resolve processing failures.
• Support system implementations and test EDI transactions with IT and Division teams.
• Develop automation scripts and low-code solutions to reduce manual tasks.
• Champion Master Data integrity across products, customers, and locations.
