Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. in Warsaw seeks a Software Subject Matter Expert to translate complex business needs into robust technical designs and implementations within the EU security and border management domain.

You will maintain documentation, support lifecycle activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant solutions and governance aligned with Frontex's standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
• Strong design/architecture/implementation expertise.
• Excellent understanding of complex information systems and interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing business needs related to the subject.

• Maintaining up-to-date solution documentation including SOPs and user manuals.

Position: Software Subject Matter Expert

Software Subject Matter Expert

Responsibilities:

• Gathering, analysing and assessing business needs related to the subject
• Translating business requirements and needs into optimal technical designs and solutions
• Implementing technical solutions in the area of expertise
• Proposing and implementing improvements related with the subject
• Maintaining up to date solution documentation including technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, knowledge base articles etc.
• If applicable, managing solution through the complete service/software development lifecycle
• Other specific duties as assigned by the team leader

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience relevant to the job
• Minimum 4 level of education
• English level: B2 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam
• Excellent knowledge of the subject at the design/architecture/implementation level
• Good understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability
• Knowledge of IT security standards
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle and software development lifecycle
• Strong sense of responsibility, high motivation, and proactive approach
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and very good organizational skills
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and open-minded approach
• Very good communication and collaboration skills with a supportive, service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and a holistic, forward-looking mindset
• Sound knowledge of EU regulatory acts and the EU cybersecurity framework
• Knowledge of Frontex's mission, structure, and legal basis, as well as EU security and border management initiatives (e.g. Copernicus, Galileo)
