Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Software Engineer III for the AI Development Tools Platform in Warsaw, Poland. The role focuses on developing and deploying enterprise AI tooling, with emphasis on integrating large language models and cloud-based services, and collaborating across Google Cloud AI and Google Research teams.

You will build server and middleware components interacting with the latest LLMs, participate in design reviews, and work with customers to address their needs while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with backend development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
• Design and implement the AI Developer Tools Platform and related services under the Gemini Enterprise umbrella, collaborating closely with other teams and functions across Cloud AI and beyond.
• Work closely with our customers—including Antigravity, Gemini Code Assist, Gemini CLI, Android Studio, and others—to address their needs and requirements.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, applying innovative AI techniques to increase productivity.

As a Software Engineer, you will be passionate about delivering Generative AI technologies to Cloud customers. You will develop features that integrate the next generation large language model with balanced trade-off between performance and deployment constraints.

In this role, you will be developing Generative AI and Vertex based AI development tools that are propelling developers productivity like never experienced before. You will develop server code as well as middleware code which implement functionalities that interact with Google's latest Large Language Models.

The Google Cloud AI Research team addresses AI challenges motivated by Google Cloud’s mission of bringing AI to tech, healthcare, finance, retail and many other industries. We work on a range of unique problems focused on research topics that maximize scientific and real-world impact, aiming to push the state-of-the-art in AI and share findings with the broader research community. We also collaborate with product teams to bring innovations to real-world impact that benefits our customers.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Poland: zł280000 - zł287000 (PLN) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
