Google Inc. in Warsaw is seeking an Engineering Manager for AI Developer Tools to lead a GenAI development tooling team and drive enterprise AI solutions.

You will work closely with researchers, engineers, and product managers to deliver ML features, integrate next-generation LLMs, and balance performance with deployment constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in developing GenAI based development tools that boost developers' productivity.
• Develop server code and middleware interfacing with Google’s latest LLMs.
• Deliver machine learning technologies to Cloud customers and collaborate with researchers, engineers, and PMs.
• Develop features integrating next-gen LLMs with balanced performance and deployment constraints.

• With your technical and management expertise you will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Help grow our presence in Warsaw, and grow and sustain a healthy and collaborative culture for the new team
• Lead a team to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
• Participate in design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
