Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Software Engineer/SEIII to join our technology team in Warsaw. You will design and develop complex solutions, optimize and refactor code for performance, and collaborate with product managers to deliver value to customers.

You’ll work in a flexible hybrid setup with the freedom to tailor office attendance to what works best for your team, contributing to a fast-paced environment and shaping impactful products for our users.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience creating applications and features in .NET.
• Experience with MS SQL relational databases and HTTP/REST.
• CI/CD practices and fast-paced delivery.
• Fluent English and Polish communication.

C.H. Robinson is hiring a Senior .NET Full Stack Software Engineer/SEIII to join our technology team in Warsaw!

As a Senior .NET Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll work closely with product managers and stakeholders to design and develop complex solutions that deliver real value to our customers. Your expertise in .NET will be key as you optimize and refactor code for performance and scalability. You’ll also play a vital role within a highly collaborative team, where working closely together is essential to getting things done and fostering a culture of innovation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• 7+ years of experience creating applications and features in .NET
• Experience with database objects in relational databases (MS SQL)
• Experience with HTTP and REST architecture
• Experience with CI/CD continuous integration / continuous deployment practices
• Proven track record of effectively delivering results in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Ability to communicate technical and business concepts across teams
• Fluent English and Polish

Preferred:

• Experience with data streaming architecture and frameworks (ex. Kafka, RabbitMQ, ESB)
• Experience with React, eventually TypeScript
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines
• Experience in system integration projects or global projects
• Experience with transportation, logistics, or business systems

Compensation Range

zł174,500.00 - zł373,300.00
