  • Design, build, and maintain developer remote workspace infrastructure, reusable templates, container configurations, base images, development tooling, and onboarding documentation that enable teams to become productive quickly.

  • Improve platform reliability and operational excellence through monitoring, alerting, dashboards, runbooks, and automation that reduces operational toil.

  • Develop clear internal documentation, implementation examples, and “paved road” guidance that enables engineering teams to adopt platform capabilities consistently.

  • Identify recurring developer challenges and continuously improve shared frameworks, reusable templates, automation, and platform tooling that enhance engineering productivity.

  • Participate in operational support for owned platform services while continuously automating repetitive operational activities.

  • Help expand AI-assisted software development by integrating MCP-style capabilities, packaging internal engineering tools, supporting AI agents, and improving developer experience through modern AI-powered workflows.

  • Contribute across the complete software lifecycle—from design and implementation through cloud infrastructure, deployment, CI/CD, and production operations—while continually expanding your technical expertise.

This role offers a unique opportunity for engineers looking to broaden their experience beyond traditional software engineering into modern platform engineering, DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, developer productivity, and AI-enabled software delivery.
