Job summary

Jobtailor in Warsaw is seeking an experienced software engineer to build and own backend and frontend for customer-facing journeys, including sign-up, sign-in, account management, and billing surfaces. You will work onsite in the Warsaw office at least three days per week.

Bring strong Go backend and React/TypeScript frontend skills, with a foundation in distributed systems and Kubernetes. You will contribute to public cloud marketplace integrations across AWS, GCP, and Azure, apply AI-assisted

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Solid fundamentals and ownership of feature and component development.
• Backend in Go or a comparable language; willingness to ramp up.
• Strong knowledge of at least one cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Frontend experience building customer-facing UIs with React/TypeScript.
• Production experience with AI-assisted development workflows (Claude Code or Codex).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work in a globally distributed, asynchronous environment.
• Onsite in the Warsaw office at least 3 days per week.

Requirements

• Solid software engineering fundamentals and a track record of owning feature and component development and delivering reliably
• Working backend proficiency in Go or a comparable systems language, with willingness to ramp up
• Foundation in public cloud infrastructure and current, strong knowledge of at least one of AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Frontend familiarity building and maintaining customer-facing web UIs with React/TypeScript or similar
• Production experience using AI-assisted software development workflows, such as Claude Code or Codex
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed, asynchronous environment
• Able and willing to work onsite in the Warsaw office at least 3 days per week
• Required experience with Go, distributed systems, Kubernetes, large-scale production workloads, and monitoring at scale as specified in the application questions
