Job summary

Seargin invites senior engineers to join a global IT team. You will extend C# frameworks for workflow migration and build reusable frontend components with React.js or StencilJS in scalable app environments.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining distributed microservices, implementing automated tests, and creating clear technical docs. Collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior or Principal-level software development experience on complex projects.

Job description

• Extend and develop custom C# frameworks supporting workflow migration and create generic, reusable components.
• Frontend Development
  • Design, build, and maintain frontend components using React.js and/or StencilJS within scalable application environments.
• Microservices Development
  • Develop and maintain scalable microservices within distributed, event-driven environments handling complex workloads.
• Automated Testing
  • Design and implement automated tests while extending existing testing frameworks to improve software quality and reliability.
• Technical Documentation
  • Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation covering solutions, components, processes, and implementation details.
• Deployment Support
  • Support pilot deployments by diagnosing issues quickly and implementing effective solutions when required.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to validate solutions against business requirements.
• Cross-Functional Delivery
  • Collaborate across teams, balance changing priorities, and take ownership of assigned tasks through to completion.

Requirements

• Senior Software Development
  • Senior or Principal-level software development experience with the ability to work independently on complex technical projects.
• Strong proficiency in .NET 8.0 and C#, particularly for scalable microservices and custom framework development.
• Distributed Systems
  • Strong experience with event-driven architectures and highly scalable distributed systems processing large data volumes.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining microservices with strong understanding of distributed system concepts.
• Containerization & Orchestration
  • Practical experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, or similar technologies for containerized application environments.
• Frontend Development
  • Strong experience with React.js and/or StencilJS Web Components for modern frontend application development.
• Database Technologies
  • Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core, relational databases, and document databases such as MongoDB.
• Testing & API Development
  • Strong understanding of software testing with practical experience developing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core.
