I’m handling a confidential contract search for an experienced backend engineer who can own architecture decisions and remain actively involved in production development.

The work involves distributed services, high-volume data processing and complex technical problem-solving.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and implementing reliable backend services.
• Developing concurrent processing and integration capabilities.
• Investigating production issues and improving performance.
• Making architecture decisions and guiding implementation.
• Supporting engineers through code review and technical leadership.
• Strong production development experience with Go.
• Ownership of distributed or data-intensive backend systems.
• Practical understanding of networking and Linux.
• Experience with messaging, streaming or asynchronous processing.
