Zusammenfassung

Strategic Staffing Solutions seeks a Software AI Engineer to join a team building a GenAI-enabled platform used by Operations teams to report and resolve data-related issues. The platform handles large-scale data and collaborates with UK and US partners.

You will develop Java-based applications on Kubernetes, work with AI/GenAI solutions and optimize data pipelines within a global financial services context.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and cloud-based technologies.
• Experience with AI / GenAI or ML-based applications and LLMs.
• Experience with large-scale data pipelines and distributed processing.
• Experience with Spark, Snowflake or Databricks.
• Experience with an AI framework such as Google ADK, LangChain, LangGraph or similar is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with international teams.

Strategic Staffing Solutions' customer is a leading global financial services firm providing investment banking, Global Markets and investment management services to a substantial and diversified client base that includes corporations, financial institutions, governments, and high-net-worth individuals.

They are seeking a Software AI Engineer to join a team working on a user-driven tool used by Operations teams to report and resolve data-related issues. The platform handles more than 10 billion transactions, and the team is working on using GenAI to automate some of these processes.

What you will do:

• Develop, test and maintain high-quality, production-ready code.
• Take technical ownership of projects involving teams in the UK and US.
• Create libraries and frameworks that support reliable and testable systems.
• Develop Java-based applications running on Kubernetes.
• Work with large-scale data pipelines and distributed processing systems.
• Develop AI / GenAI-based solutions to automate user-driven processes.

What you will need:

• 12-month contract with potential extension.
