Job summary

Belvedere is seeking a Senior AI Engineer in Warsaw to design, build and scale AI-driven applications for tax automation. You will work across the full AI lifecycle, from LLM integration to agent orchestration, with enterprise-grade deployment.

You will collaborate with product owners, data engineers and business stakeholders to deliver impactful AI solutions using .NET/C#, Python and Azure services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production environments.
• Experience with enterprise-scale AI implementations.
• Strong proficiency in .NET/C# development.
• Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll play a central role in designing, building and scaling AI-driven applications that transform how the organisation approaches tax-related processes. You'll work across the full AI lifecycle, from integrating Large Language Models and developing intelligent agents to implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions and ensuring enterprise-grade deployment. This position offers the chance to work with modern AI technologies while collaborating with product owners, architects, data engineers and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet real business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI applications using .NET (C#) and Python

• Build enterprise AI solutions leveraging LLMs, Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures

• Develop intelligent agents and multi-agent workflows using orchestration frameworks

• Design and implement RAG solutions with vector databases and knowledge sources

• Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, APIs and data platforms

• Build reusable AI components, services and accelerators following best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases and solutions

• Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, governance, scalability and performance

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers

• Contribute to AI engineering standards and best practices

• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks and industry trends

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience

• 2+ years delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production environments

• Demonstrated experience working on enterprise-scale AI implementations

• Strong proficiency in .NET/C# development

• Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML application development

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native development

• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Services, Azure Functions, API Management and Azure storage services

• Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices and distributed systems

• Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search technologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration platforms

• Knowledge of prompt engineering, agent orchestration, deployment, monitoring and governance
