Role Overview
This role is designed for an experienced specialist with a proven track record of managing social commerce and social media for consumer brands. You will oversee social shops, drive content production, manage influencers, run paid campaigns, and deliver measurable growth. Your core mission: grow the brand’s social presence with a strong focus on awareness, conversion impact, and sales.
What You’ll Do
Social Commerce & Shop Operations
- Manage and optimize Meta Shops, TikTok Shop, and YouTube Shopping
- Maintain catalogs, product feeds, product tagging, and integrations
- Ensure accurate product tagging in Static posts, Stories, Reels, TikToks, and Shorts
- Improve storefront presentation, product listings, and sales conversion pathways
Social Media Management
- Plan, produce, and publish static content across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Publish short‑form videos across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Own the content calendar and ensure consistent brand identity
- Write captions, apply product tags, integrate UGC, and work with trends
- Manage community interactions and basic moderation
Influencer Marketing
- Source and evaluate creators for UGC, paid collaborations, and partnership content
- Handle outreach, negotiation, briefing, content deliverables, and deadlines
- Track influencer performance and sales attribution
Paid Media
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid ads on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Work toward performance KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, sales
- Provide insights for creative improvements based on data
Analytics & Reporting
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports across all platforms and initiatives
- Analyze growth, engagement, reach, conversions, CTR, sales, and ROAS
- Prepare insights and strategic recommendations for the brand
Requirements
- Proven experience in social commerce for consumer brands
- Hands‑on experience managing Meta Shops, TikTok Shop, and YouTube Shop
- Experience managing brand channels across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Ability to re‑edit short‑form video and produce static content from scratch
- Proficiency with paid ads across four target platforms
- Experience working with influencers and UGC creators
- Strong analytical mindset and structured reporting skills
- Commercial thinking focused on sales, conversions, and performance impact
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
