Job summary

DAC.digital Group is seeking a data engineer to join a strategic partnership with a major German consulting partner. The role focuses on Snowflake data modeling, dbt transformations, and data quality across analytics pipelines.

You will design and implement Snowflake models, maintain dbt transformations, and collaborate with analysts and engineers to meet data needs. Remote or on-site work in Gdańsk is possible, with a pure B2B contract and competitive monthly net earnings.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with dbt.
• Working knowledge of Git.
• Knowledge of English (min. B2).
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Eager to learn and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing data models in Snowflake.
• Building and maintaining transformations in dbt (models, tests, documentation).
• Ensuring data quality, consistency and performance.
• Optimizing queries and costs in Snowflake.
• Collaborating with analysts, business stakeholders and engineers to define data needs.

As part of our growth strategy, we are starting a strategic partnership with one of the biggest consulting companies in Germany with a strong focus on Data Management. Their clients include major banking, insurance, retail, telecommunications, and automotive brands.

Key information:

• 24 000 – 28 000 PLN net/month- pure B2B contract
• 21 000 – 24 500 PLN net/month – B2B contract (days off included)

It is vital that you have:

• solid experience with Snowflake;
• hands-on experience with dbt;
• working knowledge of Git;
• knowledge of English (min. B2);
• working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• eager to learn and share knowledge.

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:
