Job summary

Hiberus is seeking a Snowflake expert to join an international Healthcare Commercial AI project. You will design the Snowflake architecture, develop the environment, and collaborate with data, analytics and cloud teams in an Agile setting.

Responsibilities include data modeling, ETL/ELT development, performance tuning, and implementing dbt solutions with strong SQL proficiency. English fluency is required for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Snowflake architecture, data modelling and performance tuning.
• Strong dbt Cloud knowledge; experience with dbt Core migration.
• Experience designing ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
• Very good SQL with complex transforms and window functions.
• Data modelling including star schema and various layers.
• Knowledge RBAC and Row-Level Security for governance.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to create technical documentation.
• Excellent English communication.

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Snowflake expert to join an international project in the Healthcare Commercial AI area.

The person in this role will be responsible for designing the architecture, developing and optimizing the Snowflake environment, as well as collaborating with teams responsible for data, analytics and cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing data architecture in Snowflake
• Designing data schemas and data models
• Building and developing ETL/ELT processes
• Optimizing Snowflake environment performance, including clustering and performance tuning
• Designing solutions using dbt
• Working with advanced SQL and query optimization
• Ensuring data security, access management and governance
• Creating technical and architectural documentation
• Working with the team in an Agile/Scrum environment

Experience required

• Expert-level knowledge of Snowflake, including architecture, data modelling, performance tuning, clustering and data sharing
• Very good knowledge of dbt Cloud and experience migrating to dbt Core
• Experience designing and building ETL/ELT processes
• Very good knowledge of SQL, including complex transformations, window functions and query optimization
• Experience in data modelling, including star schema and raw, staging and marts layers
• Knowledge of security and governance mechanisms, particularly RBAC and Row-Level Security
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Ability to create technical documentation
• Very good command of English

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Apache Airflow
• Experience with dbt Core and dbt on Snowflake
• Knowledge of Dynamic Tables, Snowpark Python and incremental models
