Job summary

DAC.digital is expanding through a strategic partnership with a leading German consulting firm to support large-scale data migrations.

You will act as senior project lead for end-to-end Snowflake migration programs, coordinating multi-workstream delivery, governance, and stakeholder communication, while applying best practices.

The role offers 100% remote or on-site work at the Gdańsk office and requires 6+ years of experience, English B2+, and strong agile experience.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end data platform migrations.
• Ability to apply and enforce Snowflake migration best practices.
• Strong background in complex enterprise programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of English (min. B2).
• Working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• High communication skills.
• Eager to learn and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• act as the senior project lead towards the customer, steering and aligning the customer-side project management;
• shield the delivery team from operational noise and stakeholder pressure (“buffer role”);
• drive governance, decision-making, escalation management, and executive communication;
• lead later project phases including migration wave planning and execution;
• closely coordinate with the Test Manager to ensure timely and high-quality test cycles and formal acceptances.

Their clients include major banking, insurance, retail, telecommunications, and automotive brands.

Key information:

• 22 000 – 27 000 PLN net/month – pure B2B contract
• 19 000 –23 500 PLN net/month – B2B contract (days off included)

It is vital that you have:

• at least 6 years of experience;
