Job summary

DAC.digital Group is collaborating with a major German consulting partner to enhance data management solutions. The role focuses on Snowflake-based reporting, dbt modeling, and Tableau delivery across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will join a cross-disciplinary team to ensure data quality and reliable insights. The ideal candidate brings Snowflake and dbt proficiency, English at B2 level, and hands-on Agile experience.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with Snowflake and dbt.
• Knowledge of English (min. B2).
• Experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Eager to learn and share knowledge.
• Willing to travel if necessary (conferences, coworking events).

Responsibilities

• Support a Snowflake-based operational reporting environment.
• Work with data shared through Snowflake Secure Data Share.
• Transform and model data using dbt.
• Support reporting delivery in Tableau Cloud and on-prem Tableau.
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and auditability.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams on data and reporting solutions.

At DAC.digital, we are constantly growing our business. As part of our growth strategy, we are starting a strategic partnership with one of the biggest consulting companies in Germany with a strong focus on Data Management. Their clients include major banking, insurance, retail, telecommunications, and automotive brands.

Key information:

• 20 000 – 25 000 PLN net/month- pure B2B contract
• 17 500 – 22 000 PLN net/month – B2B contract (days off included)

It is vital that you have:

• solid experience with Snowflake and dbt;
• knowledge of English (min. B2);
• working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• eager to learn and share knowledge;
• willing to travel if necessary (conferences, coworking events, etc.)

• supporting a Snowflake-based operational reporting environment;

• ensuring data quality, reporting accuracy, and auditability;
• collaborating with technical and business teams on data and reporting solutions.
