Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is actively seeking a Snowflake Analyst to join our team in Warszawa. The role focuses on eliciting and documenting requirements, translating business needs into IT data specifications, and ensuring cross-functional alignment between business and technical teams.

You will analyze data from multiple sources, create data mappings, and contribute to solution design with architects and developers. Strong English and solid analytics are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT/Business/Data analysis roles.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience in eliciting, analyzing and documenting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, validate and document requirements for IT solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear IT requirements and data mappings.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT to align stakeholders.
• Extract, analyse and interpret data to support solution design.
• Document data flows and target-state solutions with acceptance criteria.
