Job summary

DCG Poland in Warsaw seeks an experienced Snowflake Analyst to join a growth-driven team. You will elicit and translate business needs into clear data requirements, and collaborate with IT and architecture to design scalable solutions.

You will extract, visualize and interpret data from multiple sources, define acceptance criteria, and manage stakeholders across the organisation. Fluency in English and strong SQL skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of professional IT/BA/Data Analyst experience.
• Hands-on Snowflake or similar cloud data platform experience.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience in elicitation, analysis and documentation of requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and English fluency.

Snowflake Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyse, validate and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear and structured IT solution requirements
• Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment and transparency across stakeholders
• Extract, analyse, visualise and interpret data from various sources to support requirements analysis and solution design
• Prepare data mappings and analyse relationships between different data sources and systems
• Perform gap analysis between existing ("as-is") and target ("to-be") solutions
• Analyse and contribute to IT solution design together with architects and technical teams
• Document data flows, solution requirements and target-state solutions
• Define clear acceptance criteria for requirements
• Manage stakeholders and facilitate alignment across different parts of the organisation
• Participate actively in team ceremonies and contribute to resolving issues within the team
• Support continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and development of team practices

Requirements:

• Around 5 years of professional experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience working with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms
• Good SQL skills and practical experience in data analysis
• Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation
• Experience in creating data mappings and documenting data flows
• Understanding of IT solution design, system integrations and dependencies
• Experience in defining functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across business and IT teams
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
