Job summary

DCG Poland in Warsaw seeks an experienced Snowflake Analyst to join a growth-driven team. You will elicit and translate business needs into clear data requirements, and collaborate with IT and architecture to design scalable solutions.

You will extract, visualize and interpret data from multiple sources, define acceptance criteria, and manage stakeholders across the organisation. Fluency in English and strong SQL skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Around 5 years of professional IT/BA/Data Analyst experience.
Hands-on Snowflake or similar cloud data platform experience.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Experience in elicitation, analysis and documentation of requirements.
Excellent stakeholder management and English fluency.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, validate and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate business needs into clear IT solution requirements.
Bridge between business and IT to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
Extract and visualize data to support analysis and design.
Document data flows and target-state solutions.
Define acceptance criteria and support team collaboration.
