Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking an experienced MES/IIoT specialist in Szczecin to unify MES standards, connect machines, and drive real-time visibility across global production sites.

You will implement OPC UA, MQTT, and TCP/IP connectivity, integrate MES with SAP ERP, SCADA, and PLCs, and build IIoT apps and dashboards to improve data integrity and traceability. Strong coding skills and cloud experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in MES, industrial automation, or digital manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., stamping, molding, assembly, plating)
• Experience with MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, SAP ME/MII, HYDRA, FactoryTalk)
• Hands-on experience with IIoT platforms and machine connectivity technologies
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and/or C#
• Experience with data platforms, cloud environments (Azure/AWS), and industrial analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana)
