Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST to join the Procurement Solutions Center. The role focuses on process ownership, workload measurement, and digital transformation across procurement operations, PMP, and IT.

You will work with leadership to implement scalable solutions and support PSC growth. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in procurement/Shared Services, strong analytics, and expertise with S2P/P2P processes, SAP/SAP S/4HANA, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years in Procurement, Shared Services, or Process Management.
• Strong understanding of S2P and P2P processes.
• Experience with SAP/SAP S/4HANA or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting projects and digital implementations.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent English written and spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workload measurement and capacity analysis for transparency on volumes and effort.
• Coordinate cross-functional process improvement, digitalization, and transformation projects.
• Act as a liaison between PSC, PMP, IT, and business stakeholders to advance initiatives.

This role goes beyond traditional SME responsibilities and offers a unique opportunity to work directly with PSC leadership on process ownership, workload measurement, digital transformation, project execution, and business growth initiatives. You will operate at the intersection of Procurement Operations, PMP, IT, technical teams, and key business stakeholders, helping shape scalable solutions and support the future development of PSC.

Your main tasks:

• Lead and support workload measurement and capacity analysis initiatives to provide transparency on volumes, effort allocation, digitalization impact, and future scaling requirements.
• Coordinate and drive activities across process improvement, digitalization, and business transformation projects, ensuring effective execution, follow-up, and stakeholder alignment.
• Act as a key link between PSC, PMP, IT, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives move forward efficiently and operational requirements are properly represented.
• Support procurement process ownership through governance, standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Support implementation, testing, adoption, and enhancement of procurement systems and digital tools, including coordination of UAT and user feedback.
• Analyze operational data, KPIs, workload trends, and process performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and increased efficiency.
• Maintain and improve process documentation, training materials, and knowledge repositories, ensuring consistency, knowledge retention, and operational clarity.
• Help build scalable and standardized ways of working to support future scope expansion, acquisitions, organizational growth, and long-term operational excellence.

Your ideal background:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Shared Services, Procurement Excellence, Process Management, or similar functions.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience working with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, eCatalog solutions, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience supporting projects, process improvements, digital implementations, testing, or operational transitions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, workload analysis, and data-driven problem solving.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
