Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Smart Signal Testing Specialist to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance of Smart Signal Blueprints. You will design test plans, validate time-series data, and develop Python scripts for testing and automation across Cloud and On-Premises environments.

With 5+ years in QA, you'll debug issues, perform root-cause analyses, and drive improvements in testing coverage. We offer a hybrid work model and strong wellbeing and training programs within Capgemini.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and validation strategies for end-to-end Blueprint processes in Smart Signal.
• Work hands-on with time-series data to validate data integrity across platforms, Cloud and On-Premises.
• Develop and maintain robust Python scripts to support testing, automation, and validation.
• Debug complex issues and perform root-cause analyses on failing test scenarios.
• Apply QA methodologies and iterative testing to improve coverage and efficiency across Blueprint validation cycles.

Working within a collaborative and innovative environment, you will have the opportunity to tackle complex technical challenges, work with cutting-edge technologies, and make a tangible impact for our global clients across industries.## **Your tasks*** Designing and executing comprehensive test plans and validation strategies for end-to-end Blueprint processes in Smart Signal, ensuring logic paths between anomaly alerts and business workflows function accurately and reliably.* Working hands-on with time-series data to validate data-heavy processes, ensuring data integrity and consistency across Smart Signal platforms, both Cloud and On-Premises.* Developing and maintaining robust Python (v3.6+) scripts to support testing, automation, and validation activities across the Smart Signal environment.* Proactively debugging complex issues and conducting deep-dive root-cause analyses on failing test scenarios, translating technical findings into clear, actionable insights and performance improvements.* Applying strong QA methodologies and iterative test execution practices to continuously improve testing coverage, quality, and efficiency across Blueprint validation cycles.## **Your profile*** Solid experience (5+ years) in software testing or quality assurance, with a strong grasp of QA methodologies, test plan design, and iterative execution processes.* Proven hands-on proficiency in Python (v3.6+), with the ability to write, maintain, and optimise scripts for testing and automation purposes.* Demonstrated experience working with time-series data and validating complex, data-intensive workflows and processes.* Strong analytical and debugging skills, with a proven ability to investigate complex technical issues, identify root causes, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Knowledge of Smart Signal platforms (Cloud and/or On-Premises) and APM (Asset Performance Management) environments is a strong advantage.## **What You'll love about working here*** **Well-being culture:**medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and sports card.
