Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Poland is seeking a Smart Signal BP Testing Specialist to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of Smart Signal Blueprints. You will design test plans, validate time-series data, and develop Python automation scripts in a hybrid work setting.

You will tackle complex technical challenges, collaborate with global clients across industries, and contribute to continuous QA improvements while leveraging Cloud and On-Premises Smart Signal platforms.

Qualifications

• Solid experience (5+ years) in software testing or QA, with QA methodologies and iterative execution.
• Proven Python (v3.6+) proficiency to write and optimise testing scripts.
• Experience with time-series data and validating data-heavy workflows.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills; able to translate findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Smart Signal platforms (Cloud/On-Premises) and APM environments is a strong advantage.

• Design and execute test plans and validation strategies for end-to-end Blueprint processes in Smart Signal.
• Work hands-on with time-series data to validate data-heavy processes for Cloud and On-Premises platforms.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts to support testing, automation, and validation.

• Apply QA methodologies and iterative testing to improve coverage and efficiency across Blueprint validation cycles.

Your role

As a Smart Signal BP Testing Specialist at Capgemini Engineering, you will be at the heart of ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of Smart Signal Blueprints. Working within a collaborative and innovative environment, you will have the opportunity to tackle complex technical challenges, work with cutting-edge technologies, and make a tangible impact for our global clients across industries.

Your tasks

• Designing and executing comprehensive test plans and validation strategies for end-to-end Blueprint processes in Smart Signal, ensuring logic paths between anomaly alerts and business workflows function accurately and reliably.
• Working hands-on with time-series data to validate data-heavy processes, ensuring data integrity and consistency across Smart Signal platforms, both Cloud and On-Premises.
• Developing and maintaining robust Python (v3.6+) scripts to support testing, automation, and validation activities across the Smart Signal environment.
• Proactively debugging complex issues and conducting deep-dive root-cause analyses on failing test scenarios, translating technical findings into clear, actionable insights and performance improvements.
• Applying strong QA methodologies and iterative test execution practices to continuously improve testing coverage, quality, and efficiency across Blueprint validation cycles.

Your profile

• Solid experience (5+ years) in software testing or quality assurance, with a strong grasp of QA methodologies, test plan design, and iterative execution processes.
• Proven hands-on proficiency in Python (v3.6+), with the ability to write, maintain, and optimise scripts for testing and automation purposes.
• Demonstrated experience working with time-series data and validating complex, data-intensive workflows and processes.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills, with a proven ability to investigate complex technical issues, identify root causes, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Smart Signal platforms (Cloud and/or On-Premises) and APM (Asset Performance Management) environments is a strong advantage.
