Signify in Piła is seeking an IT & Manufacturing Systems Specialist to join our growing IT team. You will work at the intersection of IT, manufacturing, and digital transformation to support critical production systems.

You'll collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and business teams, handle SAP modules, and contribute to automation and continuous improvement in a global environment. The role offers international exposure and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure, hardware support, manufacturing systems, or enterprise applications.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and supporting technologies.
• Experience with SAP or other business systems is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Very good English skills (written and spoken).
• Nice to have SAP QM/PM/PP/EWM/ME/DM, system integration concepts, and manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IT infrastructure and hardware environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and technical issues.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and business teams on production systems.
• Participate in digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement projects.
• Support, configure, or enhance systems used in manufacturing processes.
• Work with SAP solutions and modules such as QM, PM, PP, EWM, ME/DM.
• Support system integrations between manufacturing apps and enterprise platforms.
• Gather business requirements and translate into IT solutions.
