Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end SIT testing strategy and execution.
• Lead and mentor QA analysts, test engineers, and testing vendors/partners.
• Define entry and exit criteria for testing phases and ensure coverage across applications.
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, and UAT support testing.
• Monitor defects, risks, and quality metrics; drive issue resolution.
• Engage with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and leadership.
