Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Senior Lead QA Engineer to own quality strategy across products. This role blends hands-on testing, test automation leadership, and team mentorship, working with Engineering, Product, and stakeholders to ship reliable software at scale.

You will define QA processes, drive test planning, lead a team of QA engineers, and advocate shift-left testing with CI/CD. Strong leadership, communication, and hands-on testing across web, APIs, and mobile are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• 2+ years in a QA Lead or Senior QA role.
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience testing web applications, APIs, and/or mobile apps.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
