You will guide teams through Shopify implementations, mentor developers, partner with sales on pre-sales, and help clients turn Shopify into a growth engine in a remote-first setting. This role focuses on strategic leadership, client consultation, and driving conversion optimization across projects with Fortune 500 brands and startups.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in e-commerce and Shopify projects.
Proven track record delivering large-scale Shopify solutions.
Experience leading dev teams, code reviews, and mentoring.
Ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience supporting sales conversations and project scoping.
Excellent written and spoken English in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

Architect and oversee Shopify stores, apps, and integrations end-to-end.
Drive scalable, secure solutions and establish coding standards.
Lead prototyping engagements and mentor developers.
Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of clients and define roadmaps.
Provide guidance on conversion optimization, UX/UI, SEO, and CRO.
Participate in discovery calls, scope projects, and identify upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with designers, PMs, and marketers to align tech with business goals.
Ensure designs meet performance and SEO best practices; stay updated on Shopify updates.
