Job summary

Sellpy is expanding its fulfillment operations in Wrocław and seeks a driven Shift Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and contribute to a more sustainable future.

You will supervise Team Leaders and warehouse associates, allocate resources, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, productive work environment. Polish and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within warehouse, logistics, or production.
• Proven ability to lead teams through subordinate leaders and deliver on KPIs.
• Strong communication skills in Polish and English.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and safety regulations.

You’re a hands-on and proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys motivating teams, and drives results through structure, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

We’d be impressed if you have

• Experience from high-volume e-commerce or FMCG logistics
• Experience in launching new sites or teams
• Practical understanding of Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies
