Job description

As aFulfillment Continuous Improvement Expert, you will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and standardizing operational processes across our Fulfillment Centers. Your primary focus will be identifying areas for improvement, designing innovative process solutions, and collaborating closely with operational teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

You will also be responsible for achieving measurable business targets tracked through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost per Unit, OEE, Lead Time reduction, and ergonomics enhancement. Additionally, your scope of work will include evaluating and co-deciding on implementation budget allocations (CAPEX/OPEX) for technological innovation and strategic process enhancements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, initiating, and leading Continuous Improvement optimization projects within fulfillment operations to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Leveraging Solutions Design expertise to design end-to-end optimal logistics solutions—from warehouse layouts and material flows to IT system integration and automation.
  • Mapping and analyzing end-to-end processes (e.g., Value Stream Mapping) to eliminate waste and reduce operational costs.
  • Monitoring and reporting project performance based on key business metrics (e.g., impact on Cost per Unit, OEE efficiency, Lead Time).
  • Joint accountability for evaluating return on investment (ROI) and managing budgets (CAPEX/OPEX) allocated for automation initiatives.
  • Managing initiatives using advanced Lean Management and Six Sigma tools.
  • Gathering and performing advanced operational data analysis, as well as implementing corrective actions (Root Cause Analysis).
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, IT, Engineering, Quality) to ensure the seamless deployment of new processes and technological solutions.
  • Fostering a Lean culture across the organization by conducting workshops, training sessions, and providing mentorship to operational teams.

The list above outlines only the core responsibilities of the role. Your direct supervisor will define the full scope of your duties.

What we are looking for:
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, or a similar role within the logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce industries.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
  • Proven Solutions Design expertise with hands‑on experience in designing and implementing efficient warehouse processes and technological solutions.
  • Excellent, practical knowledge of Lean Management methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, PDCA, Ishikawa).
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in analyzing large datasets (advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL/Power BI is a plus).
  • A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to manage change effectively.
  • Business‑fluent level of Polish and English (for seamless project and day‑to‑day business communication).

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and warehouse automation.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., Agile, PMP, PRINCE2).

  • Annual bonus based on your annual performance and company results.
  • Well‑located offices (with e.g. fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, terraces full of greenery) and excellent work tools (e.g., raised desks, ergonomic chairs, interactive conference rooms).
  • A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan - you choose what you like (e.g. medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers).
  • English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job.
  • A training budget, inter-team tourism and an internal learning platform where you will find multiple trainings.
